“The healer you have been looking for is your own courage to know and love yourself completely.”
--- Yung Pueblo
I have many roles in my life: I am a therapist, a mother, a partner, a friend, a daughter, a sister, and my experience impacts who I am as a therapist. I am always continuing to grow in my therapy practice in an effort to be the best therapist I can be. I am also continuing my journey embodying an anti-racism mindset and practice. My style of therapy is warm, compassionate, inclusive, and direct. Working with clients has brought me a lot of joy, and I love what I do!
