At times in our lives we find ourselves struggling with self-image, relationships, addiction, societal pressures, spirituality, work or unemployment, parenting or infertility. Often these difficulties are overwhelming, painful, and scary. By practicing acceptance and gratitude for ourselves and others, old harmful patterns give way to authentic self-expression. Through this process, we grow, heal, and cultivate peace and happiness in our lives.

I support individuals, couples, and families, who want to learn about themselves, become more emotionally present, and create healthier relationships. My approach with clients is warm, compassionate, inclusive, and direct. I work from a mindfulness perspective and enjoy helping my clients develop mindfulness practices, as well. If you want to understand family or relationship conflict, explore GLBTQ issues, deepen your spirituality, or confront an addiction, I would likely be a good fit for you.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help determine if we would be a therapeutic match. If you are interested in working with me, please contact me using the information below.
